The girls and I had lunch and a playdate with a dear old friend and her boys today. It was such a wonderful time of fellowship for us moms, and the kids got along really well. Lisa's boys are 5 and 2, so they are really close in age to Hannah and Rachel.
It was such a hot day that following lunch, Lisa found the girls some shorts and t-shirts and together they all played in the little pool getting wet and cooling off. It's funny how girls can easily wear boy clothes, if Lisa and the boys had been here, all I would have had to offer for them to wear to get wet in would have been pink! LOL. 
We're looking forward to getting together again soon!
