Disneyland

Because we haven't quite walked enough the last two days on our adventures in San Diego, we thought we'd spend all day and night at Disneyland. :)

Steven never gets to experience the weekday slowness of Disneyland, so we were hoping he'd get to experience that today, but for some reason, it was pretty busy. Despite having walked the past two days and how tired we all were, we still managed to have fun. Especially later in the evening when we were joined by friends.

When we first got to Disneyland, we headed straight for Tom Sawyer's Island. The new Pirates Lair opened up last Friday and we were excited to see and do the new things. We even were able to get spots up front to watch the new show where Captain Jack fights another pirate for a treasure map. We spent some time in Toontown and then headed over to California Adventure, where the crowds always seem lighter. We watched the High School Musical Pep Rally and spent some time in the Animation Building. It was after dinner when our friends joined us for the evening. Hannah was especially happy to spend the evening with her pal, Emma. It was another long and tiring day, but Hannah held up well. Saturday will be just as busy for her as she has not one, but two parties to go to!
