The class lists were posted today for the new school year. On our way home, we stopped at the school to find out who Hannah's teacher will be and in what classroom she'll go. Her new teacher will be Miss Petitt. Hannah was excited to know that every single friend she had made in her Kindergarten class will go on to be in her 1st grade class.
It's hard to believe school starts Wednesday.
For months, all Hannah has talked about has been our Pismo trip. Now that it's over, the next big subject is starting 1st grade. We talked a little bit about it on our way home today. She's scared and nervous. It's going to be a big adjustment going all day and having lunch at school. Hopefully having all the same classmates should help with the adjustment of a new school year.

It's great that she will have all her friends with her. Going to 1st grade is a real big thing. I wonder how my Quintus will handle it next year (our school year starts January)
Ohhh I am so very glad that they are all in the same class. Looks like we only have one name that I didnt recognize!! I am still in shock that we are starting this all over again...Went by fast...Excited that I get to see you everyday thoug...LOL
